Hey there! How have you been? It’s been such a long time since I have shared a post. I got caught up in preparing for my final semester as well as an intensive course. I have a research component this semester which takes up a lot of time. Well, I am finally more organised than I was before.
What has been keeping you busy? Work can be a little overwhelming sometimes and if you ever feel stressed about it, just take a break- relax for a day or two. Breaks are as important as working hard so that you don’t burnout. Spend some time with your loved ones, have a weekend getaway or just a long drive (Drives help me to clear my mind!) and may be even binge watch your favourite Tv shows or movies. Just make the most of that break! 🙂
I had been planning to do a bedroom makeover since the time I bought a new bed. However, I just kept putting the plan aside but I have finally started to work on it. So, you can definitely expect the next few DIY posts on interiors. For this post, I thought of sharing with you three DIY wall art ideas. I have tried to add as much variation in the styles as I possibly could. Actually, I did work on a DIY wall art while the intensive course was going on but it didn’t turn out the way I expected. So, I tried refining my ideas and came up with these three wall arts. Trying it a second time did pay off well! 🙂
Hope you enjoy making them as much as I did! xx
Wall Art 1: Intricate Minimal
Wall Art 2: Rustic
Wall Art 3: Geometric
The sketch that I have drawn is triangles placed randomly for the dress and just follow the steps below to draw the body:
That’s how it should end up looking:
Which was your favourite of the lot? Let me know in the comment section below and definitely tag me (@aditisawarkar) on instagram if you make any of these/come up with your own ideas!
Shine bright and be kind!
xoxo,
