ADITI SAWARKAR was born in India (1994), and is now based in Melbourne, Australia. She completed her tertiary education at The University of Melbourne. Since 2012, Aditi has been living in Australia where she practices as a visual artist, blogger and has also worked in environment & sustainability.

Through her art practice, Aditi explores social and gender issues evident in South Asian society as well as portrayal of her personal journey. In her work, the process experiments with various media, currently focusing on image-making and video work.
